Unusual Express - 930 Yishun Ave 2

The shop name says it all! Unusually RUDE! The shop is NOT THERE TO PROVIDE SERVICE! The shop is there TO CUT YOUR THROAT! Helpful staff help me to transfer file from my phone to the kiosk and send for processing after collected the payment. Suddenly a lady in her 50+ appeared, could be the lady boss or act like lady boss ?? Is he developing a collage 4R? Collage 4R is not 50c, is $5 per piece, is stated here (peeling off the price list from monitor frame with that kind of face + her loud & rude voice). But your staff told me is 50c/ piece. You want you top up, not happy I refund to you. But my picture is still 4R size, just print out, zero editing needed. What makes it 10x more expensive than normal photo?? And your staff may be new, make mistake - can say sorry she charge you wrongly, are you ok with it? Why need to shout and show me that kind of face? You think you are the only photo shop in Singapore?? #BannedUnusualExpress

poor crowd management, queue all over the place. did i mention? the fee is shockingly expensive. print 3 page document (B&W), $2.50. enough for me go buy Ananas Nasi Lemak & may have 50 cent left... if not because urgent, i wouldnt have came here. go at ur own risk. super unpleasant experience.

Just took my passport photo here, photographer skill are super lousy and expensive too.The photo they took make me look like 10yrs older horrible, not professional at all. Never step in to this shop again.Guys stay away ok, don't watse your $$. I will give Zero Star rating for them.

It was written at the door that the store opened at 6:30, but the shop assistant came back at 7:10. Besides, the attitude was very bad and the quality of the photos was also very poor. Why didn't a new store replace this one?

Hi, worst service. Worst ladies management. Went there to get photo, they said only can get photo hard copy printout after 5hrs. There are 3 shop workers inside but they say not enough manpower. They why named as unusual express. This shop not helpful for emergency purpose. Better change the name to “ USUAL AND NON EXPRESS “. Have to show their work irrespective of workload. If not pls change the name. My humble request. Because they wasting customer time due to lack of their efficiency. Thanks

I hope google allows a zero star review. This shop is unusually awful and bad in every possible aspects. Super expensive ($17 for sub-par passport photo), slow and rude. Worse thing, the quality of photo printout (patchy, dull color, resolution) & phototaking skill is very very bad, they don't even make sure I look straight onto the camera at the very least. In this era, digital photo printout should be instant, shouldn't even ask customer to come back after a few hours just for collection, it's not like they need time to develop the photo from film. Please, unless in a life-and-death situation, if you don't like unpleasant experience, everyone should avoid at all cost. Zero or even negative star.

Print quality quite patchy, and waited here v long even tho we came first they served others first instead. Also, the printing lady indicated that there's no double sided printing here as their alignment is bad, so not suitable for anyone wanting to print double.

I went three times to here for Passport size photos in different times with different purposes because it is near by my place and also convenient for me. Before I go there in second time, I read the reviews which are negative. But these 3 times I didn't observe their attitude negatively towards us. They are explaining and later advising. No hard selling and certainly they are answering in their way. I am recommending this for photos purpose. But it is expensive compared to some of the studios in other places as I notice. Apart from that they are nice and friendly in attending to consumers.
