★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niceeee dim sum, parking not an issue n short walk to shop. Quite delicious n food is fresh, seating is comfy n not too noisy a place. Staff helpful n service is fast. Try the siao Long Bao yum! Chickedee lotus buns are a novelty. Nice snack n quick meal- will return ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to have a quick snack on 25 June 2021. Paid about 12 dollars for 2 dishes and a cup of soya bean milk.
The soup was abit salty and tasted like instant soup. Wantons were okay.
芋角 was rather hollow and didn’t feel satisfying. It wasn’t exactly fragrant.
The soya milk was okay but not to my liking.
Overall, 2.5 stars (rounded up to 3 stars)
Nothing to rave about but I like the cosy setting, perhaps due to the lack of customers at that point in time. Serving time was abit slow but still okay for me as I wasn’t very hungry.

- The Yam Paste is delicious - it's thick and not too sweet. ?
- We ❤️ the Cheong Fan here - the skin is thin, light and melts in your mouth ?
- Steam Chicken with Ginger is amazingly fresh with a nice balance of ginger
- The Glutinous Rice was a good bite size for one.
- Har Gow ? is fresh fresh fresh! ?
We love the Chrysanthemum tea.? It's fragrant and flavourful, unlike most we have tasted.
We have been here a number of times but to get a seat is a draw of luck ? Tiny tiny space. We should suggest going in groups of not more than 3 to avoid disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiny hole in the wall little shop. What a great find. Delicious hand made dim sum with attentive service. Only 8-10 small tables & we sat outside. Dog friendly too as we cld lease our dog outside nearby. Although the portions were quite small, all the stuff we ordered were really well made & fresh. Will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent custard bun. everything else is good taste and good value for money. Service is steady considering the waitress had to carry the food up to the 2nd floor for us. There is ample seating at the 2nd floor. Will definitely come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonably priced dim sum with quite a unique serving of a char siew, a custard, and a lotus paste buns together - good for me since we could have a taste of different types without having to over-eat. Carrot cake had a good texture covered with some crispy layer. Xiao long bao was a bit of a disappointment, because it was oddly 'big' in size, and the meat was not minced enough. But the 'soup' within was a pleasure to the tastebuds. Overall, if you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy breakfast, drop by and indulge yourself.
