Very bad experience. Sharing this article so that anyone who read reviews before heading to this shop will not waste their time and money. The nail staffs there are inexperienced and the gel that they used is not of a good quality, many customers walked in and mentioned they just did their gel nails and it chips. My daughter did a cleaning up but a simple cleaning up can turn to be so bad ( I have taken pics) this nail girl Ah Zhong( I called up and asked for her name but Yin told me that’s her name but she sounded weird so I asked again is her name Ah Zhong? I need to know so that when I write a review, others will not ended with her doing their nails) so this ah Zhong file her nails and buff until it’s so thin and they shaped the nails so sharp in an oval shaped. And the worst is, they will take in appointments then you will have to wait. We waited for more than an hour and they didn’t even apologize when our appt timing is up and they continued to do other customer’s nails. This is unacceptable. And this nail staff, Ying said to me “ cus I arrived early” so I asked her I arrived early doesn’t mean I have to wait for more than an hour. There is no link at all. They should apologize but instead she told me off in such a manner. Terrible. Zero apologies from them. The only respond they will give is huh. Innocent looks can be deceiving, most aunties will fall for that but be mindful.

A very cozy place with very friendly staff. They also have diff monthly promotions! I made a last minute change to my appointment and she was very accommodating. No hard selling too. Will be back again!
