Had a great haircut there with exceptional service! Definitely will recommend this to friends and family alike!!

Anyone giving this place a 5 star rating is a friend of the owner. The place is not clean and the 'stylist' doesn't know how to cut hair. To start with the hair wash left me drenched in a disgusting smelling shampoo and the wash left me with water sprayed all over my face and clothes. It was haphazard and just not a great start. The woman that cut my hair seemed friendly enough but I noticed quite quickly that her cutting style was unorthodox to say the least. She hacked at my hair very quickly and didn't have a clue how to blend the sides and back with the top of the cut. She blasted through the cut leaving the cut uneven and barely cut the top even though I requested it to be quite short. After advising it needed to be a little bit shorter on the top when I realised she was already starting to put product in, she set to work on completely messing up the cut... even more! Back to the sink for another disgusting shampoo and blow dry. She then proceeded to go back to hacking and then for some reason without warning decided to cut off the fringe entirely in one massive cut leaving me with the most stupid looking styling I have ever seen. I was upset to say the least and when I asked why she did that, she claimed it was a 'style' and that it was the way alot of people have it, which is utter B.S. When it came to pay I asked if there would even be an apology given I was so upset and suggest perhaps there might be a discount for my inconvenience. But she proceeded to charge full price of $38 and mumbled a sorry as she gave me back my card. All in all the worst experience and I would just say avoid, avoid, avoid! First & last time I will ever go here!
