I have only done my nails twice here but i already love so many things about this place! 1. staff are friendly and caring 2. they always pick up customers calls despite being busy in the shop (this is a + point!!!) 3. staff are very accommodating 4. very meticulous. they really make sure their job is done well for every nail and will not hestitate to redo if there are defects etc 5. price point is very affordable thanks for opening this shop and giving me pretty nails!

Sorry for the late review!! This is a few months back.. however I've been there multiple times and they nvr fail to give me pretty nails that last really long.. I did this when my nails grew the Longest. They spent two hours on this!! Like wow damn efforts!! My also brought friends over to do their nails! They are satisfied with the nails too! For nail art, they charge you they based price of gel nail and the art price. Mine cost about $60+ really Affordable

I went to do soak off for my hands and classic gel pedicure on 3rd April. Called them for appt since they’re always full on weekends but i managed to book a 1pm slot. I always visit this outlet because of the skills, cleanliness and convenience as its near my house. Reached the salon 5minutes before but they start doing my nails only 5-10mins after which i do not mind, i understand they always have back to back customer. What i do not understand is just for soak off and classic gel pedi it took almost 3hours. They wrapped my fingers with alcohol for the soak off for almost 1hour because they had other customer to attend to and few days later my fingers are peeling and my hands feel rough. My fingertips felt sore since it was wrapped for quite a long time so i had to take off the aluminium by myself. I never had this problem before everytime i visit for a classic gel mani and pedi. The management should probably look into the staffs time management. Don’t overbook customer just because you want the sales and jeopardise the customer’s experience. I go into a nail salon i want to relax and get my hands nails pretty within 2hour. Quite disappointed with my last appt.
