β β β β β Had worst experience. Unprofessional Staffs. They are pretty much interested to watch TV
rather than doing work. I did my pedicure last week, so many cuts in my toes still painful.
According to my experience, they are not even deserve for one star

β β β β β I am utterly disappointed by the bad service by one of the staffs at U Beauty Salon. In fact, I have been there more than once however the service by this particular staff was still extremely bad. During my first visit, she left many cuts on my fingers. The most upsetting part was she had the audacity to even blame me for moving, therefore causing the injuries. There wasnβt a single apology by this staff. In addition to that, she seemed more interested in watching the television than doing my nails. I had to wait for her to put on another layer of nail polish while she watched the television. I donβt think this work attitude of hers should be condoned. Please kindly address this issue as I have heard and seen similar reviews.
