Exorbitant pricing especially for track, LED strip, T5 lights, kitchen sinks, and shower mixers. Have the spread sheet comparison (like for like models across at least 3 other stores) to show for.
PROS
Lady staff was extremely enthusiastic to quote the pricing for all the fittings and fixtures of your empty home except for the built in cabinets and wardrobe.
She will be more than willing to source items she doesn't carry from other neighbouring stores and include these into her quote.
Her comprehensive and itemised list was useful as a shopping check list at other venues.
