★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super bad service. bought a shoe yesterday night before closing and went to change size today despite not wearing out before , just abit of dirt at the bottom but it’s cleanable, but can’t exchange sizes. the receipt wrote able to exchange within 7 days but what is this???? super bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy customer service. My wife bought 2 pairs and they are of lousy quality. Their shoes never improved. They break very easily. Big scam bucketshop! No chance to refund they will say it is you who broke it, when in actual fact, their shoe quality sucks! Seems to be lousy company from the bottom (poor service from staff) to up (using cheap and bad quality to shortchange us customers).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After buying the shoes from them, the sales assistant just simply left the plastic bag on the floor and expect the customer to pick them up.. Not that we are mean but being in the service line, this is ‘best’ service we ever come across.. ???.. simply hopeless ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this store at JP and tried on a sneaker-like pair of shoes. The salesgirl wasn’t the most patient or the most pleasant. She took out just one new pair sized 36 for me to try on. I told her that the back part of one of the shoes was kind of rough and not too comfortable. She refused to get another pair for me to try on. After insisting, she went to get another pair which was different. It was a yellowish pair and a different design. She said that those two were all she had. She was clearly forcing my hand. I told her that I wouldn’t take the second pair since it was clearly old stock. Then, she said that I should take the first pair which she offered. I told her that the heel part was a bit scratchy and rough. She told me that it was my own skin and foot that was the problem as the shoe had no problems at all. I was shocked by her response. Very poor service at this place. The shoes are quite pretty! But the service is totally lackluster.
