I like the the experience of their nurse Xavier. She makes it a point to remember my name and my medication as well. Her caring nature always makes my visit to the doctor a less stressful one!

I see a number of critics that gave only 1 star because of long waiting time or Dr not available. While these are respectfully their unfortunate experience, but imho not fair yardsticks. One wouldn't rate a good food stall poorly just because it's popular with a long queue. Instead, assess the moments of interaction with Dr Toh and his staff. Was it professional, empathetic? My own experience was a resounding yes.

The clinic assistant Xavier always greet me with a smile whenever I visit the clinic for my regular checkup. Dr Toh is always very caring and helpful. Recently I took my 3rd vaccination with them cos I'm allergy to pfizer. I have already reported to MOH on my allergy but the MOH system didn't capture it. Dr Toh is very kind to assist me to get it done and my vaccine status was updated within the next 2 days.

Dr Toh is the best general practitioner I have ever had. He always goes that extra mile to support his patient. I want to thank him for his care of myself and my family over these past trying three years.

I read the review on google review but still decide to give this clinic a try for my vaccination as it's just a road across my office. Was skeptical in the first place but I do have my opinion change after my third Vaccine with them. Front Manager Xavier: She have gone all the way out to help me with my registration and understanding of the different vaccine. As long as I give her enough time to finish up with those that come before me, she will assist with all the critical info and I need and make the booking according to my preference. I sincerely thanks her for allowing my vaccination journey a smooth one. Dr Toh: Indeed he takes a very long time with all the patients before me but when it was my turn to consult him, he assist me with all my queries in depth and also the question i have with MOH. He also explains to me on the different vaccination choices I have. I sincerely thanks him for reassuring my vaccination journey. I will be back to DFLM for consultation. PS: Nope I am not related to any of them.

Dr Toh Lim-Kai has been my family GP for a few years. He is a professional, reliable, empathetic & gracious doctor. He is passionate about providing good health-care services to his patients. He is very knowledgeable & always goes the extra mile to address & explain the health concerns we have in a calm & reassuring manner. It’s almost impossible to find another doctor like him who is so down-to-earth & always places his patients’ needs ahead of his. Most of his patients, including me & my family, prefer to travel to his clinic in town to consult him, even though we are not staying anywhere nearby. Dr Toh is supported by his nurse/assistant Xavier, who is friendly, patient & meticulous. Xavier remembers every regular patient by name & will greet us personally when we arrive at the clinic.There was an occasion whereby I was at the clinic waiting for my turn to be attended to & noticing that I looked unwell, Xavier quickly brought me some Milo. Her attention to details warms my heart.

Doctor and nurse were thorough and we were able to get what we needed done in an efficient manner when it was our turn. No doubt the doctor knows what he’s doing. I saw the patient in the front asking questions in chinese to the nurse and she took the time to explain back in detail in the same language as well.

Wonderful experience with Doctors For Life Medical. Dr. Toh was a wonderful Doctor, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured that my family and I got our Sinopharm Vaccines done, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Doctors For Life and would highly recommend to anyone.
