John Wong, who owns this shop is a qualified watch maker that not only services your mechanical watches at reasonable prices but also sells pre owned watches. They open only on Thu and Sat from 12.30-3.00pm.

Very reasonable fee to service your luxury watches with very meticulous horologist in the house. Due to popularity, turnaround time to service your watch may take around 3 months or longer.

I started off like most people who walk into their showroom, as a customer. That must've been some 5-6 years ago, when they were located at the Great Eastern Building in town. When they moved to the International Plaza, I went along with them, and subsequently to their current premises. Needless to say, we became friends in all that time. John Wang, his wife Angie, her sister Annie, and their mother are all very nice people! It didn't matter if all I did was browse and walk out empty-handed; they would always accord me excellent assistance and customer-service, and I would stand there and chat with their mum all the way until it was time for them to close. They are good people, nice people, and most of all, they are excellent in what they do, and that is selling good watches at great prices, with the incomparable ability to service and restore all brands and makes of watches. Any watch brought to them comes home looking pristine, and working like a gem! Places like theirs are becoming a rarity, and when a person finds places like these, we need to treasure and support them:)

Skilled workmanship, friendly service, very reasonable prices. John is very knowledgeable and is always happy to share. Would highly recommend for servicing and maintenance of your timepiece, as well as buying pre-owned watches. If you see something you really like on their website, better act fast because the popular/hot items can move really fast! They also do replacement leather straps. They have basic straps at good prices, and can also arrange for customised straps, which are pricier but top notch.
