but the machine is bad,,,cannot give sharp copies and always,,paper jams and dirty print,,,,plus other problems....
tech comes so many times cannot solve the problems,eventually we trade in the machine n buy fr others...solve the headache....

She sells Without Being Pushy, as a consumer, it's very irritating when a sales person is pushy and naggy. She listens to her customer's query with a smile and then provide a valid solution to their questions. Thumbs up Yan! Beside, Ryan (technician) deserve a compliment from us because he's very attentive and friendly! Hui ting, the accountant is very prompt in her replying of emails when I wishes to check something with her with related to our bills. Overall, we are very satisfied with Yan/Hui Ting/Ryan's performance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since the start of my business, I am truly lucky to have Yan from Docu Connex in handling my photocopier requirements. While I have no clue as to how to start procuring in this function, she was very patient in answering my questions and I must say some questions by me were amatuer-ish. The deal and delivery of the machine and the set up was seamless and when we shifted from the temporary office to the permanent ones, without even me asking, she arranged for the technician to be on site during the shift so that the configuration will be done immediately without delay on our operations. Throughout the last 3.5 years since dealing with them, Yan has been very attentive to all our needs and always on hand to handle whatever issues we may have. Very responsive and always attending to us with a great smile. We will continue to engage Docu Connex's services and it is a blessing for the company to have Yan as their sales person because her way of customer relationship and confident and assuring.
