★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dominos has always stood by its promise of delivery within 30 mins but we were disappointed with a 2hr delivery time. Further, Dominos promise that if they were late, they would compensate with pizza vouchers which we received nothing. The phone service was also not of standards, putting you on hold for more than 30 mins to get to an agent who would put you on hold again to check with the outlet. In this case it was the West Coast outlet which led to the late delivery. If you have received any vouchers in your mailbox or have any discount reflected on foodpanda to order Dominos, I advise you not to do it. It would leave you (and your children) disappointed and hungry while you frantically search for last-minute dinner options. Really, don't do it!

Unacceptable order. Food was taken back for refund. Took days to proceed with the refund.
Will not order from here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small outlet, and as is with many dominos, quite disorganized when it comes to collection with no one really manning the counter. You need to catch the attention of one of the folks in the kitchen to get your order as they are all busy preparing food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed my pizza didn't arrive three hours after ordering it at 3pm. I don't think they have enough staff, or aren't paying high enough wages to attract staff.
It's going to take me 7 days to get a refund. Won't order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pathetic service on phone where they keep you waiting. Please do not give empty promises to customers and say that you are the leading pizza delivery company when you surely NOT!!!
First of all, the coke I ordered did not even come with the pizza I ordered.
Second of all, when the pizza arrived it looked messy as the prawns and other ingredients were all one one side. What rubbish pizza !!! I will never order from them again!! This is the WEST COAST OUTLET !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought their pizza for lunch this afternoon as I'm working nearby today. Pizza seems easier to eat during this period since dining out is not allowed. I bought a personal pan pizza for $4.90. It is freshly made to order and I could opt out from onions as I didn't like it.
The expected waiting time was 15mins but to my amazement, it was ready in about 7 to 8 minutes. Very fast. The pizza is really hot and tasty. Highly recommended. ??
