โ โ โ โ โ Placed an advanced order for my guests' visit the next day. The order was trackable on the same day, but disappeared the next day! Hotline is useless, no one answers it!

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered 1 for 1 with sides via the online portal, have manually selected the pizza topping and base but Awesome Foursome was reflected in the Order Summary instead. Only realized the discrepancy after payment as the price was about the same. Tried to contact their hotline, FB messenger but could not reach their customer service, order came in 15mins.
They really need to fix their website. Unfortunately this store will need to take the hit on the review, I have been ordering online through this store for years and this is the first time such incident happen. Having sides for lunch now without the pizza.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered the pizza at 18.24 on foodpanda, told me estimated waiting time is 30 mins which will arrive at 19:00 latest. Gave them benefit of the doubt, at 20: 10, status was still in preparation. I do not think this is a food panda problem. The staffs in the area just do not care enough for remote customers. I will not order from them again because of this, just to let you guys know, you can be busy but never ever leave your customer hanging.
