★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice chill neighbourhood cafe that always has a good crowd, but not overly crowded, no matter the timing. Popular option for residents. located right next to Tampines West MRT. 2 vegan options (mango pomelo and grapefruit & berry) but note they will be more icy than creamy. Dark choc leegacy was good in balancing out the sweeter waffle, but overall a pretty decent (or even better) waffles than others out there on the texture interior & crisp.
Not the most spacious/comfortable seating with their stools and small tables. But much can be said for other ice cream stores. Decent ambience though!
Also accepts CDC vouchers.

Stopped in for a coffee (quite nice mild not to bitter) but wanted to stay for desert but no time. Churro waffle looked really good. Nice selection of ice cream too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waffles had unique flavours to them - cranberry, cinnamon and sugar, and plain. Waffles were cakey, with not so much crunch or crisp to them.
They had a range of ice cream flavours which are not just the standard ones found e.g. blueberry crumble. Ice cream portions were larger than usual which is a plus.
Waffles were priced higher than average and is dependent on the type chosen.
Overall, was an alright experience and try for us.

Ice cream was creamy and delicious!
Waffle was crispy on the outside and soft in the inside.
Had the heart sprinkles as it was Valentine's day.
Staff was friendly and polite. Service was prompt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like that Three's A Crowd always brings new surprises by refurbishing its environment while maintaining the standard of its waffles and ice creams.
The waffle was incredibly crispy even after 15 minutes. Paired with a double scoop of roasted pistachio and speculoos, the dessert made a tasty treat at the end of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Cafe to spend time. Excellent Menu options to order for and Kids love it.
Note: I know this is a pandemic time and customers should be mindful of it. When i visited last week there are group of bikers who halted here and spent time chit chatting even after completing their food while there are queue of 7+ people waiting in the Q to order and get seated. Requesting customers to be mindful and vacate the seats once done eating.
