★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered on Mother's Day. We expected there to be a longer than usual waiting time. 30 mins to 90 mins. That is understandable. But to arrive nearly 3 hours late without any kind of compensation or apology is frustrating.
Here's a suggestion. If you anticipate that can't handle the overwhelming orders especially on PH or any special occasions, LIMIT THE ORDERS FOR THE DAY so people can find alternatives instead of making them wait for 3 hours!
