★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to take a trial class here, but KENNY the instructor was so rude I had to leave. I simply asked about the AC and he laughed in my face and said no AC in Ashtanga (is this a rule??) and if I didn't like I could leave. So i did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No frills yoga studio in the heart of town with excellent, experienced instructors. I like the crowd here too! No wannabe millennial types, more normal down to earth folks who genuinely want to practice Yoga... hehe.

Amanda was one of the worst of the worst yoga instructor I met. She teach yoga like how u learn through YouTube, she just give instructions, and even if u do it wrong, she will not bother to correct u or give u modifications. But she make jokes and personal attack saying by doing this and that, u will injure yourself and I won't be responsible. By doing this and that, its so easy, any IDIOT on the street can also do that. Yes thats how she correct you, its totally destructive, unhelpful and unsafe. I even overheard her telling a student that if u want cheap classes, go elsewhere where they practice with massive group of students. WOW, if the studio is that great, why stay on FAVE for so many years.
