★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rented here for a while. very nice location. 5mins walk to UE square and surrounding high-end prvate hospitals and clinics. just 200m from the ministry of home affairs .. so security is very good. other access leads to the local foods of balestier stretch and a new zhongshan park mall. quiet enough yet accessible to important stuff. love the place!!
100m to zhongsan park mall and bus stop. 2 and 3 bedders facing zhongsan are the best facing. squarish layout for easy furnishing.

Within 1km to good primary schools; also a short walk to healthcare facilities and services. If you drive, easily accessible to major highways and the upcoming north south corridor. Can’t get much better than this!
