★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m have been looking around for a place near CHIJ TP for my kids to buy. After viewing more than 10 units in District 11 and 12, I realise that iResidences is the perfect place. It’s in the perfect sweet spot, 1km to CHIJ and 1km to SJI Junior, the perfect place for families. Also it’s nearer to Novena, only 5min walk to mrt. Layout also perfect with a bigger balcony, for my alfresco dining and outdoor sofa for me to chill. Project is also exclusive with only 70 units, unlike many others with too dense a population. This place is definitely a GEM and too underrated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condominium is a short walk away from Novena MRT, and many hospitals and shopping malls in the area. However, it's on the other side where you'd likely need to go up and down a little slope / hill, which can be a little annoying. About 15 minutes walk to Novena, not very far yet not very close!
