★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little disappointed in the potion. Craving for chicken rice as the market was close. Went and had their chicken rice. A little pricey if I don remember wrongly price is at $4.5 + $2 for extra chicken. The market chicken rice is much better in terms of price $3 + $1 for extra chicken. Recommend the stall owner to decrease the price and match the market price. If not sooner or later the shop might close as I don see much business Everyday when I walk pass the stall. Taste wise almost the same as the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good that owner is charitable, but its disappointing that he serves us roasted and white chicken after we told him twice we wanted soy and white chicken.
Our pretty sad half chicken portion is smaller than other stores. Taste wise, it's above average, and they use good quality rice
The half chicken is more expensive than other good stores too (I don't mind paying more if uncle is doing charity, but the portions need to be decent)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A long-time favourite, the roasted chicken is well marinated, tender & sweet. Can request for the meat to be deboned. The rice is fluffy and lightly buttered. For those who prefer a spicy tinge, the chilly sauce is a must. Can also add more sweet dark sauce. Friendly service by the two senior founders.
