β β β β β Absolutely the BEST noodles and dumpling place EVER!!
You have to see how they make the noodles with their bare hands out of a twisted piece of dough - truly an astonishing sight to behold! Every bowl of noodles is freshly made, and so are the dumplings which are super delicious - best to have both of them together in an excellent bowl of soup. Lots of different dishes, including vegetarian ones, and for that extra kick they cook some of them with Szechuan chilies. They only opened 12 days ago but weβve already eaten there half a dozen times. Outstanding food, and the guys there are super friendly and fun too!!
