We had the wanton mee (ran out of chasiew), chicken feet mee with prawn dumpling and the curry noodles. We went after 1pm on Sunday - go earlier next time. Mee was good. A bit of a hybrid between feifei’s thick q mee and the stringy hong kee alkali noodles, leaning more towards feifei, which We prefer. My brother finds there is a strong alkali taste which I found only slightly in the aftertaste when I looked out for it. Chilli was decent. The wanton was decent though my brother prefers the more peppery taste of feifei. The prawn dumpling was made of fresh prawns. The chicken feet was of a good size and well cooked. The soup for the dumplings was above average. Curry noodle was the last bowl so there was a thick layer of oil which turned my father off. I don’t enjoy yellow noodles so no further comment. Friendly shop owners / servers. Disclaimer: we are very nostalgic about and partial to feifei’s kind of wanton mee (since we grew up eating it) though we acknowledge the quality of feifei has dropped so much over the years and therefore we tend to compare to the ideal taste of feifei.

Located within the same coffeeshop as this popular prawn noodle stall. This modest stall sells various type of noodles such as curry noodle, wanton noodle, chicken feet noodle as well as prawn dumpling noodle. Price of the wanton noodle starts from SGD$3.50 onwards. Portion wise was alright. could be a fantastic plate of wanton noodle but the noodle wasn't cooked well, as a result the noodle was clampy. But overall, it tasted pretty good.
