★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From day 1 asking them about enquiries, they never reply. Took sometime to reply and you have to msg them again. After placing deposit, come to showroom to select our doors but it was pack despite the restrictions there was so many people and no one check our safe entry, what more social distance. After choosing the door without any service provided, we were told to right on a piece of paper for the door we selected and then thats it. No follow up, no nothing?? Still….. Have to chase them again for the follow up. Just a terrible experience from them. Ugh.
