There was no hard selling and she let me view at my own pace. She was very knowledgeable of her products and only explained the product when I asked her. My friend who did the lock with them previously recommended me their brand. Isabel was patient throughout and answered all my questions through WhatsApp after. When I visited the showroom a second time, she also took the effort to go through the lock with me one last time and also helped to get the best price for me. Overall I had a very satisfied experience and will definitely recommend my friends and relatives.

He will recommend only what you need and doesnt hard sell or upsell. Infact he advised me against the other models i was initially eyeing and was honest upfront that i dont need those features or that those were not so good quality etc. After sales service is also top. He is very responsive to my issues on whatsapp. Ended up buying the digital door and gate lock, and one metal gate. This service was a stark difference from another door lock company nearby almost same name that i received when i went to view their products. Highly recommended for the shopping experience.
