โ โ โ โ โ Quiet and green neighborhood, nice pool, but old (got several leaks this year).
Security/condo management a bit painful with deliveries in evenings. Haven't moved to 21st century yet. Same for moving in on Saturdays: guys, people have to work during week days
Should let the gym open till midnight instead of 10pm. It wouldn't annoy anybody, and security guards already have CCTV anyway...
