Dots N Tots did for my apartment full turnkey from design to renovation and handover within budget and in time. My family and I am extremely satisfied the the work and materials used. Friends have good comments on the finished product when they visited my new home. Thank you very much.

For anyone out there who needs a honest and professional designer, we wish to recommend Jason Quek to you. Finding a reliable renovation contractor is always difficult but we were lucky enough to find Dots N Tots. Although the process took longer then anticipated due to the Covid situation, we managed to overcome the journey together through open and transparent communication.

We were assigned to Keith Loi as our new house’s ID. We arranged the meet up very quickly and he gone through the details with us meticulously. He was very very responsible and responsive. He replied to our messages very quickly. He has never failed us with our requests and exceed our expectations with a short timeframe. We are very satisfied with his service and, his project management skills. Throughout the project, he will update us very very promptly and constantly on the status of the renovation. Highly recommended him!

Big thumbs up to Wayne and his mentor, Jason. They took over before CNY 2022 and completed the renovation before end Feb 22 as per request. Great advice along the way and stay very committed to the project. No major surprises and helpful through out renovation period. Constant update is provided and even advise on money saving areas. Way to go, Wayne n keep up your good attitude and make full use of Jason to learn as much as he teaches.

We met Keith from Dots 'N' Tots at an ID open house to help with our maisonette renovation. Keith immediately struck us as a decent, honest and upfront person. Not pushy. Ironically, we took to him because he was not trying to impress us; instead he listened for what we envisioned and gave us a realistic expectation of what he could best do with the budget we had. One of Keith's best qualities is that he is very punctual with his replies. Even if he did not have the answer/ solution yet, he would always respond to our messages immediately, assuring us that he is on it and will get back to us. This may seem like a small thing, but it means a lot to us as customers knowing that we are his priority. Keith was also extremely patient with us throughout the whole process - when we could not make our minds up at times about certain designs, or making corrections to certain works that occasionally were not done to our expectation; he would always allow room for discussion. And for that we truly appreciate him. Another positive trait of Keith's was that he is able to communicate closely with his labour staff (sub-contractors), which is important for an ID in our opinion. This ensures that he not only understands our design goals, but he is able to convey it effectively to his people and provide the best outcome for his customers. In summary, Keith from Dots 'N' Tots provides quality work with quality experience - achieving all this within a decent time frame for the works required, during a challenging COVID period. And despite all the stress we know he endures, he never once let it affect his workings with us. This is professionalism. Keith was recommended to me by a friend. It was a last min job with a short time line, which he managed to complete in time. Keith is responsive with text and calls, and is patient in explaining small details to me. As with all renovation processes, there were some miscommunication errors, but Keith was always available and quick to rectify. He listens to all of my ideas and did his best to accommodate to all my requests. Thanks Keith, will definitely work with you again.

We went to dots n tots office after browsing them from internet and we met Joseph. Joseph is very knowledgeable, patience and helped us estimate the cost for renovation. During renovation time he is very responsive, able to advise us, and the estimation timeline met with our expectation. I knew the moment we talked with him for the first time, we felt comfortable and have confidence working with them (this is very important, as we met few other IDs and we don’t feel the connection). I would recommend dots n tots and Joseph for the best renovation.

Thank you so much to Fabian for our complete home renovation! The apartment needed a complete overhaul, from plumbing to electrical works, new floors and complete new bathrooms and kitchen. The only thing that was left original in the house is the marble floor in the living area. The job was completed to an amazing standard and the timing was incredibly fast for such a huge job. We wanted a simple, uncluttered feel to our house and Fabian understood the brief completely. He listened to our ideas and also came up with some great ideas that we would have never thought of. We love our house and can’t thank him enough for his expertise.
