β β β β β If youβre an introvert like me but wanted to try something new, take a trial session at Doubled Taekwondo (and sign up after the trial ?).
Trust me, you wonβt need to socialise during the class :) The friendly instructors and your new friend(s)-to-be will make you laugh throughout the session. Take the chance to sweat like Niagara Falls and feel your muscles aching like the world is ending the next day?
Long story short: Let their teaching quality speaks for them instead of me introducing the dojang :)
