★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belle Vue Residences is a very beautiful project. The units itself, the location is just right... cozy, yet spacious, in the center of the city but peaceful. Too bad it has the most racist community in Singapore. I am paying as equally high as everyone else in terms of rent but because i'm not a local or an angmo, they have prejudice against me and my guests using the facilities. There are a lot of angmos using the clubhouse with their guests. But everytime i am booking, they always make me feel like i cannot use it because i'm from the Philippines. Doesn't matter whether you're a resident, with a good social status. If you're from a certain country that they don't like, they see you as a blue-collar worker who doesn't deserve the same respect as the people they favour. I've been staying here for 4 years but the last year has been really difficult since they changed to a racist management.

Walking distance to 3 mrt stations is a big plua for us!
