Have times gotten so bad that we are now charged ridiculous amounts for printing or have they have made use of the fact that not everyone has a printer at home. Printed 1 single page PDF in BW and paid $2.50 for it. Was taken aback when the staff mentioned the price. After asking why it was so expensive, $0.50 was for the printing(which was acceptable), $2.00 was for me sending the document to their email so they could print it for me. I never realised that GMAIL was a paid service. As it was printed i just accepted my fate. Also be careful if you were to send your documents to them, as it's sent to their email it's there for them to keep. If there are any sensitive information it might not be so secure. Slow service was acceptable as it's a small shop, but 2 dollars to send them an email and i was not informed of the charge beforehand. unfortunate.
