Lousy Tracking service,non-existent help.
There was one time they put a package in shoe cabinet while i had to chase the package for a month!!!
Atrocious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely atrocious! Website stated my delivery date, however my package still has not come and its been two days past the "delivery date". Moreover the app is completely unhelpful and simply getting in touch with the company is equivalent to flying -- near impossible! Highly do NOT recommend this horrendous shipping company!
