★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment was an hour late, and when I finally saw the doctor he (literally) came running in. Went straight to sticking his instruments in my ears before I could even tell him my symptoms - I had to ask him TWICE to stop and slow down so I could explain the problem.
After some very uncomfortable microsuction, he didn't give any insight or even try to establish the cause of my ear pain, claiming I did not have any infection.
I went to a normal GP the next day, who took one look and said I very clearly had an outer ear infection. What kind of ENT specialist misses something as simple as an outer ear infection?!
For a $353 bill this was a complete joke of a visit
