★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with the shop service. The salesgirl was not much willing to serve and showing up a polka face since we stepped in the shop haven’t asked anything. We intentionally to find ergonomic shoes for our little son and this was our first time wanted to have a try out with this brand, so we had some questions. For instance, which model suitable for our son foot problem, how could the shoes structure helping him, and we do not prefer too heavy shoes for a child. She answered the questions in an arrogant way and with cold response. Also when she advised a shoe size for the little one without letting him to try it, she already asking us for payment if want to buy. We told her if we never gotten to try on the size how could we know if it is fit? Then after she only willing to find a shoe of her advised size to let us to try. The story cut short, we went to another branch to buy the shoes due to this unpleasant service. I find no reason to spend money on bad servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I started wearing one of their design, I am able to wear covered shoe. This design got 2 soft sides which is very friendly for those with big feet with bunion. U can also put in your special insole for those feet which need extra support. Very good for work wear. I would suggest they make more other colour like beige, leather with matching sides.
