SF Fruits & Juices

Is there any Quality Control for this juice shop? I buy the juice for long time, but recently looks like there is no quality control. The juice is 90% water and 10% fruit. Bought soursop juice at SF Juice Choa Chu Kang MRT large without ice, just put 1 small spoon of soursoup, the rest is water. Bought avocado juice at Bishan Junction8, not much different, it just like drinking plain water.

I bought an avocado milk shake, upsize with no ice, it costs me $4.80 from Hillion Mall. When I drank it back home, it did not have any milk taste at all, mainly water! I paid $4.80 for avocado with water! I took the 90percent left milkshake back to the stall and asked them did they add milk to my avocado milkshare, they claimed yes and offerred to add more to my milkshake then i realised they add evaporated milk to my milkshake. I am shocked, I have never drank a milkshake using evaporated milk in my life! How could evaporated milk make a milkshake? They only poured 1cm of evaporated milk to my cup how to make a milkshake, the only way is to add water! This is cheating! I have tried so many places before, they pour full cream milk to the blender not evaporated milk! I paid $4.80 for half avocado, 1 cm height of the cup with evaporated milk and the rest with water! No wonder there isnt milk taste and the milkshare tasted diluted, no traces of milk in the cup compared to most stalls I have patronized. I WILL STOP BUYING FROM SF ANYMORE! IS PURE CHEATING! AM NOT THE ONLY ONE COMPLAINING THEY ADD WATER TO THEIR JUICES!

I went to your outlet at Northpoint and buy the Avocado with Thai coconut...the first time i had it was yummy can taste the avocado and coconut....but the 2nd time i was served by the oldest among the crew and was given a tasteless juice...no avocado taste or coconut taste at all. Not only that, with that same staff she charged the banana $1.20 when the price tag shown was only $1..and when i asked her why she charge me more, she said the banana is longer. How can she jus anyhow change price to her liking?! I buy there often but now i won’t anymore.

The staff attitude is less then 1 star actually. She so rude to customer. I saw got many complain from her. Company should provide some customer service training to her.

One of the staff was really rude, don’t think she’s a local. Told her that I bought 2 coconut shakes in the Chope app yet she appears confused and not sure what’s going on. Told me to wait for her other male colleague to be back then order. After waiting for quite some time she finally made the drinks for me. However the colour seems to be banana shake to me instead of the original flavour. Think Mr Coconut do a better job in handling customers even though they have more customers. Update: She made the the wrong drinks for me. To the staff: if you are gonna make the customers wait for you please at least get the orders right. I don’t think this is such a difficult job right? Plus there’s not many customers around too. SF fruits, please improve yourself in training your staff.

V terrible svc, especially the lady staff! She does not know her stuff and wants this and that from customer when trying to redeem via app. Thumbs down. MGMT LOOK INTO THIS OUTLET SVC STD!

The shorter lady with darker skin at causeway point outlet has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I need to emphasise I'm not a difficult customer and yet each time I received very bad attitude from her. Gave me no choice but to leave a review to save other potential customers. Ordered avocado shake today but she told me "don't have". I asked if it'll be available tomorrow and she passed me an avocado to feel for myself if it'll be available. Saw review that the other staff has bad attitude as well. Seriously SF how do you select your staff? Will stop buying from this outlet, or maybe from this brand altogether since other outlets have staff with bad service as well. Would have gave 0 star if possible.

Extremely rude lady at the counter at CWP. In fact all their staffs are f&$king rude. So what if I used Lazada to redeem my drink. I still pay good money for it. Do not treat me like I’m begging for free drinks. Go and learn a trick or 2 on how should u properly treat a person from the Pezzo stall next to you. I never had any issue with Pezzo to redeem anything. There’s one lady after me who also wanna redeem from Lazada. But was so daunted by this lady constant demanding to redeem it under her nose, that she went off looking very worried, without redeeming anything.
