Dr Joshua Nah is the best doctor! Always love the medicine he prescribed! Works well!! Been visiting since WOODLANDS CRESCENT is build up since 2014.

Very rude counter staff, yet not helpful at all. Especially the Chinese lady, impatient, arrogant, disrespectful, you name it. The clinic is ruining their good reputation by hiring such offensive staff.

Went to visit the clinic today. Came in at 1.17pm. was turned down by the receptionist. She said that there is a long queue of people waiting. Closing time of the clinic is at 3pm, for godsake! Maybe the clinic management should look into the front desk people, since there are many complaints abt them. Consider changing these people. I quickly left the clinic to go MyDoctor@admiralty. Great doctor too! Superb receptionist, even at 2.40pm, they were still able to accept patients (they close for break at 3pm too). Crowd is similar to what I saw at Dr Nah's clinic.

Doctors here are great and professional. However, I felt their services can be better. Was asked to do an X -ray at SATA last Thursday. Called the clinic the next day to ask when the report will arrive and was told around 3-5 working days. Just called again today, and was told to wait for 3 weeks. Hope they will get back to me soon UPDATE: The clinic called me back on the 11th day for the review. Quick and efficient

Dr Joshua Tan was very attentive and empathic in his consultation, addressing my concerns in a patient manner. Areas of improvement: Implementing a queue number system and issuing patient queue numbers will reduce confusion for patients and make it easier for the front desk so they don’t need to call out / walk out of clinic to call for each patient

The clinic is not what it once used to be. Dr Nah was the main reason why everyone visited the clinic. He was polite, reassuring and always took good care of his patients. These days, Dr Nah is seldom there. I hear that he is only there on Mondays but I can't confirm if that's true. Whenever I visit the clinic, it's the locum doctors who are on call. The locum doctors are OK but no where near Dr Nah's care and concern. And then there's the front counter people. So many reviews stating about how unprofessional they are and it's very true. Visited the clinic today and there were 2 purple haired ladies at the counter. 1 of them asked me if I had cough and running nose and I said no. Her response was "then come for what?" Is there no better way to ask? If Dr Nah is seeing this, your good name is being dragged through the mud with these levels of service.

The most horrible & worst experience i’ve had at a family clinic. 1. Doctor was extremely unprofessional. Told her my throat feels weird & lumpy, have visited another clinic & finished the medications but not recovering. She told me from what she can β€œsee” (without any thorough observation), there’s nothing wrong with my throat, she dk whats wrong inside because she can't see. If i want to know more i need to get professionals to do a scanning. 2. She said there is no medication to prescribe because whatever i need was given by the previous clinic (WHICH I’VE ALREADY FINISHED). All she can give is lozenges. 3. Cashier was no where better than the doctor. EXTREMELY RUDE. While waiting, i overheard them bad-mouthing about customers loudly. 4. Passed me my medications without further explanation on the direction of use/dosage needed each time (the doctor prescribed a different kind of gastric meds for gastric acid that may cause infection to throat after i insist). 5. Made payment by nets but got insulted I got no cash. Employer must have overwork them. Just wanna quickly chase their customers off so they can go home because from the cashier β€œevery time when we are about to end work, the clinic will be flooded with customers.” Horrendous work ethic. Visit at your own risk. Wasted time, wasted money, SICKNESS NOT SOLVED. Treating it as a donation.
