Tried calling clinic for appt (as stated on website). the call was picked up but left hanging and no answe (overheard staff talking to other patients over the phone), and the line became busy even 20mins later.

Went for my booster jab today. If can please avoid this clinic. The girl who is doing the registration for vaccine at at the tentage (light brown highlighted ends) looks like some secondary school kid with no brains and manners. Asked for nric and declaration rudely. Just replied sit. Sit where your head ah?? Could have said take a seat and wait to be called. Realised all the admin/ front desk are also rude. That same tentage girl who does the registration is using phone and seem so pre occupied while working. She shows face everytime some one approach her so that we can get our jab done. Simply no manners. Cannot believe they get people like this to do work. Hope the clinic can send her back to school where she can learn what is manners is. Useless.

My daughter came here for a swab test, she left the clinic around 8-9pm. at around 9+ she received spam calls from your clinic staff Helen. Helen spammed called her 3-4 times in total. When my daughter finally called Helen back, Helen TOLD MY DAUGHTER SOMEONE ELSE SPECIMEN WAS WITH HER. It turned out to be a swab stick, i'm guessing its for a suspected COVID case. This is not a joke, a serious matter. To misplace a COVID swab stick with someone else , I can hold you accountable in court. Please fire Helen as she is very unprofessional

Horrible waiting times. Got a queue number last week to see the doctor, front desk told me it was an hour wait. I came back after one hour, ended up waited for another hour at the clinic to spend 5 minutes on consultation. Front desk even let someone skip the line. Dropped by today to get a refill of the prescription and even that took half an hour of waiting.

The clinic not picking up calls. I went to do ART on 29 June 2022 and was tested negative. Today I did ART test at home is now positive. Just want to update the clinic by call instead of heading down.

Dr Seow and team has been our family doctor since we moved to Woodlands Rise in 2019! Always realistic and approachable to his medical care for the patients. Thank you for the care all this while!

My dad went to this clinic on 15th June due to fever and flu. ART was done on him. However, neither the doctor nor the clinic staffs inform him of the result. He was not even told of any instructions to be done. He went back to the clinic today 22nd June as he was still unwell. He was then told by the doctor that he was actually Covid positive from the test that was done on him which was on 15th June. I called up the clinic and was told by the staff that it was not their practice to inform patient of their result.??????? The staff told me that my father should have check the result at Health Hub as they already did the submission. How irresponsible and complacent of the clinic to expect an old man of 79years of age to be able to do so without any instructions or informations from the clinic! The whole family including new born and young grandchildren gathered over that weekend for Farther’s day celebration! Totally unacceptable!

Very poor attitude! The doctor needs to hire more professional staffs who have good manners in attending patients, both in clinic and by phone. The staffs at the reception were very rude with respect to safe check in and registration. Never hear the word β€œplease” from the staffs. Always hear β€œsit down, will call your name”, β€œscan and declare”. Then say β€œfinish whole bottle medicine”? instead of β€œif still not well then continue taking medicine”. As medical staffs, they should state clearly and know the difference. Perhaps they need to go for basic english course beside customer service training, they are front desk staffs, people who serve customers afterall!!
