Best Physical fitness program in Singapore

W	WG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here regularly, around once a week for 90 minutes, since it was opened. Very well trained and friendly trainers, clean and nice environment, and most importantly their stretches really help me to loosen up my tight muscles and joints. Over time, my flexibility and mobility have improved tremendously. Only small complaint I have about the place is that the lighting is too bright and the music too loud. But they explained that it is to prevent customers from falling asleep while being stretched. LOL! ?I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a good stretch. ???

The staff are well trained and customer service is excellent. They generally try to accommodate your request and do their best during the session. I had tried a lot of therapies, but this is the best.

Only place I’ve found where the trainer is able to isolate the exact spots of tightness to help my muscles stretch in ways I can’t reach on my own. It’s helped me get better range of motion in my fitness. Its a nice environment located at Nex rooftop and I recommend anyone who wants to get their body to a better level to come and try.

Chuan Nee will overdeliver when it comes to discovering the root cause of your pain. Furthermore, she has a lot of knowledge of stretches and will find the right ones for you. She cares for her customers. And will always exceed my expectations. I feel so much better after a stretch with her.

Gerald is a therapist who serves me today. Thank you for the great service and for helping to ease the tension I have. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and also very friendly. The trainer gave me some advice after the session ended that I should stretch at home. Definitely will go back again.
