★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice lovely grounds with an old school colonial style club house. The absolute best thing is the concierge service- staffed by the truly old school older generation professionals, not like the ones in newer condos where they put a couple of young pretty looking folks there so they can brag about having a "concierge service", but in reality can't do anything more than get you a cab or direct the Grabfood rider to your unit.
