The attitude of the boss is as bad as it can get. She communicates via WhatsApp without identifying who she is. And only appears when she wants to scold her clients. When they want to stall a request, she say she needs to consult "management", only to stumble when asked whether she was the "management". When I asked if she could deliver her 'scolding' not in the presence of my child, she ignored the pleas and just went on. She cornered me that I shouldnt continue lessons that day if I didn't trust them. I continued that day in fear of disappointing my child, but that was also the last. My advise to all is that there are at least 3 other gyms in nearby Turf City, including one with Olympic coaches - one's kid is definitely better off with those who place their children's wellbeing first. Avoid at all cost.
