★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This short loop through one of Singapore's historically important locations provides a great history lesson for kids. The length is manageable for kids under 10, and there are plenty of things to see and explore. Personally my kids loved fishing for the small fish in the stream and exploring the wreckage of the old villagers houses. It's worth reading up on the area before visit, so you have some background on what used to be there and what happened. If you're super patient you can still do the Durian wait. Yes, wait 5-7 hours until you hear the thud of a Durian hitting the ground, before you devour the yummy fresh fruit
