I used to borrow my uncle drone to fly but that was a long time ago and since it landed on a tree he didn't let me fly it anymore. I learnt a lot of things like basic drone manoeuvres and safety guidelines. I would recommend this course to my friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have registered for the Basic Drone Flying Course. The instructor was very patient and passionate in teaching. He even shared his experiences and showed us some of his moves with the drone. The course ended with understanding the CAAS rules & regulations so that we do not flout the rules. Will definitely go back for their intermediate course.

Definitely one can learn from YouTube videos. Yet, to do the right thing right first and to shorten the expensive pain of trials and errors, I decided to sign up this course very quickly.
Picked up a lot of insights from the course. From the basic theory, setting up of drone flying until the important local regulations that we need to observe. I love the small class learning and the real practical outdoor flying practice. The instructor masters the competency, very patient, possesses drone flying experience in his career and made it relevant to the learners.
Highly recommend Drone Flying Academy, absolutely positively, for their dedication to support the growth of learners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd just bought my drone and was travelling overseas in the next week so I wanted to quickly get up to speed to I could fly it as best as possible on my trip.
Richie was an excellent instructor. He explained the theory clearly and at a good pace, and answered all our questions. The practical was well done, with good exercises to practice and learn the basics of the controls.
I felt much more confident after completing the course and would recommend DFA to anyone else looking to better understand the rules and basic theory of drone flying in Singapore, as well as quickly getting up to speed on the basic flying techniques

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took up the beginner to pilot course! The trainers namely He An, Murali Chandran & Richie did more than enough in 1.5 days to get me ready to pilot Drones! It was enriching! The rate of study, learning environment and resource available was all met to expectations! I had zero experience in drones when i walked in & i don’t own a drone, its safe to say its a great way to start. Theres also a course for kids and parents to bond over building and flying a drone.. u get to keep the drone! Check their links! Well done Drone flying Academy SG!

They were both very patient with us and had taught us well to gain our confidence in flying the drone. We would highly recommend anyone who is interested in learning to fly drone at all level to look for DFA!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a drone for my upcoming trip. There are cheaper and shorter courses but I’m so glad I attended the Drone Academy’s basic course. I compared notes with my friend who attended another course and found that our instructor-to-student ratio, and course content were significantly better and wider. I learned a lot from the course and signed up for the intermediate course without hesitation. Highly recommended.
