★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a digital dry cabinet for my guitars. It arrived safely and intact and I am impressed by the speed of delivery. The delivery guy was friendly and very careful in unpacking and setting up the item. He did a fantastic job!
Two days later I called to buy 2 guitar holders. They ran out of stock, would order and get back to me. When the items arrived they immediately had it delivered to me without charging for the items, much to my surprise. In fact they gave 4 pieces.
Tessa not only help me in getting the items but also went the extra mile to deliver to me. She went out well above and beyond my
expectations.
Customer service was efficient, gracious and the way she conducted business as a whole. It is great doing business with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Using Hiniso model H-125L from drybox.com since 2020. Contacted Drybox via whatsapp on Sunday as dry cab was off. Thought there would be no response given it’s a non-business day. Surprisingly, someone responded just a few moments later. We did quick fault identification, and I was soon informed that a replacement power adaptor will be delivered “next week”. Short & sharp. Surprisingly, the adaptor was delivered in morning just the next immediate day. Support was that fast. Impressive. Appreciate that in view of costly electronics in the dry cabinet. Good product (with very practical internal LED light, precise digital control panel for humidity setting). Support is first class!

It's nice to know that the salesperson, Koh, was very informative and knowledgeable of his products. It's also a bonus that he was super prompt with his reply.
