★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Sunday I passed by this small shop and decided to add a screen protector on my mobile phone. It costs $25. The protective layer detached slightly along one side of the screen next day. I revisited the shop yesterday, 6days later, and explained the problem to Daniel Tan, presumably the shop owner. Without a second words, he politely said he could replace a new protector FOC. I did ask if he needed some compensation but he declined.That really surprised me as I was quite prepared to hear all kinds of reasons why they are not liable as experienced in other small shops...Good service attitude and culture!
