★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time i hear of doctor turning away sick patients. 5 year old child at that. If there is a valid reason, explain it with patience and understanding and provide alternatives.
Based on the reviews, I'd say this place severely lacks proper staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a call this morning to double check my test results. The staff who answered the call kept on emphasing that it was written clearly on the paper and it was clearly explained to me yesterday evening when I took the test (with disdainful tone) and when I asked ... what did I make you upset? I'm just double checking my results ... She dropped the call. I totally understand the underlying stress and exhaustion of the staffs especially in this chaotic period, but I wish I was treated with, at the very least, some basic courtesy. There are plenty of room for improvement in "Attitude" department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't normally leave reviews, but this clinic definitely deserved a better rating. Doc is great – patient with my questions and gives good advice. Nurses are great and meticulous when they had to swab myself and my 2 year old son. Follow up phone calls with the clinic were always handled kindly by both the nurses and doc. Highly recommended, and I'm very thankful for their service.

Shouted at me as I enquire ,if u having a bad day go and show your attuide to doctor. Unprofessional standard .I HOPE WHOEVER SEEKING FOR MEDICAL ADVICE INFORM THE DOCTOR FOR UNPLEASANT OUTBREAK /NOT TO VISIT THEM . STRONGLY ADVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feel so warm, was diagnosed with Covid Positive. See doctor and took medicine 1 ago. Received call 2nd day ask how about well being and improvement of the symptoms. Remind me to continue self isolate and offer to send us another set of similar medicine free incase current stock insufficient. Thank you Life Family for the thoughtfulness...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give all my respect to frontliners but definitely not to this clinic. The receptionist told my husband and daughter to get out of the clinic when they were referred to this clinic. With this type of unprofessional attitude, rude, snobby and being so disgraceful, they shouldn’t be working here at all as they are giving the clinic a bad reputation.

Their nurses are all rude and didn’t have any critical awareness that how suffered a patient can be, taking their own sweet time to register, chitchat. It took like 15-20 mins to collect my medicine when the clinic is not even crowded. Most of all, their nurses attitude sucks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the utmost worst experienced with this Life Clinic located at 713. I’ve never commented such remarks before, my daughter and i was asked to go out of the clinic since we may potentially be covid positive. The clinic even mentioned my referral letter from my GP is invalid and has to register to get our ART tested. Well, as an adult i am fine with any arrangement if it’s for my own inconvenient. But together with my 5 yr old daughter, chasing us out even without sharing with us on what we should do next. You nurses don’t deserve to be called nurse, you don’t earn my respect to call you the white angel.
