★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are pretty rude, I buy here a few time per week. But no smiles nor greeting were given even once. Sometimes I even have to catch their attention when they were chatting behind of the counter. But the donuts were pretty good though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee is nice but they are not flexible in meeting customer's request. For example if i order a cup of hot fruit tea, they do not refill with hot water the second time. This is commonly practice at other cafe without extra charges. Due to this, i decided not to order one out of principle. Because of this rigidity, it has resulted in loss sales for this outlet. The management should look into it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can someone please tell these people how to handle customers? I was there and the manager was on the phone so we have to wait because there is only one line. Collecting money from customer is part of the service and it should be a priority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our kids love the donuts here. Usually bought double chocolate heart, bavarian, black forest, oreo, strawberry flag, hazelnutty, mr happy, cinnamon, chocolate latte, strawberry filled, blueberry filled, apple cream cheese, and many more!
I think almost all the flavours we had tried here already. They have the mini donut versions too, called the munchkins.
Dine in area is small but cozy if you wish to have a quick bite here.
Staff are quite friendly and helpful.
Halal certified and they sell hot and cold drinks to compliment their donuts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the sinful place to visit for sinful food, whenever the mood meter is in the low end.
However small this place maybe, the store serves almost the entire range of menu it offers at this outlet.
Although the dine in spaces are not plenty, it is still cool to be able to enjoy sweet stuffs and cold drinks while chilling here.

Of course I love their Hazelnut Latte paired with Chocobutternut and Bavarian ? Doughnuts soft and fluffy ?
Will keep coming back whenever I'm in the area.
