Went over to support, try their bakes and to order a cake for my mum. Arrived at 2.45 pm. Staff were busy at the back so I waited for about 3 to 4 mins. I didn't mind waiting. Unfortunately the Makcik that came to assist me was the most unhelpful of all. It felt as if I was in her way of her work: 1. I asked for larger bags to place my order because I was riding a bicycle. She said she didn't have larger bags so I said that's fine, just pass me additional bags which I can use for reinforcement. She then told me that if the bakes were messed up as I was riding a bicycle then I cannot hold them liable. At the back of my mind I was wondering why this comment was necessary - it's my choice to ride a bicycle and therefore if things get messed up along the way home, I would have the sense to not place them liable. 2. Birthday cake. I wanted to order a birthday cake in advance for next Mon. She told me to go the their online website. I asked if she could help tell me what flavours they had, to which she pointed to the refrigerator to say all the flavours are there. And she remained firmly at the cashier. Could she be the more helpful? I gave up asking her for recommendations and help. I'll take my business elsewhere. There were some other customers who came in and they were attended by a younger lady full of cheers and sincerity. I guess not all their staff were trained well. Not coming back.

Great variety of halal cakes and pastries!Their cupcakes are moist and delicious and you can even customised any birthday cakes that you wish. The staff are very friendly too. Pls be kind and understanding as there are some senior citizens working there.

I love that this bakery is close to home that I can just pop by to grab a box of delicious cupcakes for my guests (or rather; for myself!). The selection of cupcakes is vast, you will definitely find something for everyone! I am really surprised that the bakery also sells packs of keropok as well in which the prawn and fish crackers the most favourite among my guests! I have yet to try the other bakery items but I will definitely come back to try! Updated: I finally managed to try the Ondeh Ondeh cupcake and it was good! The cupcakes stayed moist and soft even after I put them in the fridge overnight. Loved it! Updated: Bought a last minute birthday cake; Red Velvet and Nutella. The cake was so delicious! The Nutella spread in the cake was so generous and I love the other layer of Red Velvet so much!!

Super delicious bombellinis by Fitri Creations! We weren’t overly in love with the Ondeh Ondeh, which we thought would be the best as it was filled not with gula melaka but with fresh cream. Not our kind of thing. Instead, we were mind blown by the amazing Speculoos and Kinder Bueno ones. Soooooo delicious. So rich in filling. Wonderful flavors. Do support them!

I thought this place looked interesting. American beef pie caught my attention. However, filling was disappointing because it was mostly fillers (vegetables). Onde ondeh donut was interesting but it’s not any better than the usual ondeh ondeh.

This outlet really surprised me! Cosy bakery tucked in the Sembawang neighbourhood, dishing out awesome products at low prices. Staff members were really friendly, helpful and nice. They were patient in packing and suggesting items for my big order. Do support them, they deserve more attention! ^^

Donut bombs cost $3.50 (6 for $18). The ondeh-ondeh lacks flavour and had only large cubes of black sugar as filling. The other flavours are good and satisfying.

Very interesting and localised western-style-bakery with local flavours like Milo, Ovaltine, Ondeh Ondeh doughnuts. The fillings are generously filled with the flavour type. The Milo is really like 'Gao Gao'. However, and overall, the doughnuts are very sweet and the sugar level like high daooooooo...... but perfect for that once a while treat. Best of all, it is Halal, Muslim owned and operated and everyone at work can be treated to a treat:)
