But no matter how many I try I keep coming back here. The durian here is super consistently big, creamy, sticky and the amount of meat is REALLY GOOD. Small seeds, never once dissapointed. I love the red prawn and msw, super gao and intense flavour all these years! Standard still as strong as the first time i tried. Been a loyal customer for almost 2 years, and the quality here is why I keep coming back. I ordered 20+ times and only once needed a replacement, and it was free and quick! Best durian in my opinion. Highly recommend :)

Never ordered from an online seller because I was scared that I would get scammed with bad durians. But saw that there was a replacement guarantee so I thought wth, try my luck! Absolutely impressed with the two boxes of durians I ordered, why? 1. Delivery was right on time 2. Sibeh ups packaging, completely air-tight with no smell which is good as I had to keep it in my fridge for awhile before eating. NO STENCH at all when i took it out again to eat 3. Top-notch MSW, bitter and the meat was creamy, meat to seed ratio is good All in all, they've gained a loyal customer, so much more convenient than going down to market to check for good durians when I can get even better quality sitting at home LOL, mega thumbs up la Durian Delivery!
W	William Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, your delivery was very on time and prompt. However I seriously do not believe this is even Pahang quality, taste more like cheap Johor variant. The durian has started sipping water and is sourish for some seeds lying at the side. So disappointed for me and my friends.

Now they are completely unresponsive and standard has significantly dropped. Twice I have given them feedback on the deteriorating quality and no reply. The latest order of MSW was watery and tasted off. I had to throw the box away. I tried contacting them via their website chat and also email and no response. Wont be ordering from them anymore as there are many other places which have better customer service and recovery. Disappointing.

This is purely from the first delivery. Waiting to see how will they resolve this. Durian delivered within 2 hours of ordering. However, one packet is already bulging with air from the sealed pack. A sign of durian is fermenting. And the situation was expected, durian was sourish and watery at the bottom of container. Have feed back and waiting for response from them.

However, I saw that they have the free replacement for bad durian policy and decided to go ahead with my purchase. To my surprise, the durians that arrived are really creamy and tasty. I would give it a 9/10. Really good in terms of taste and flavour but is on the pricier end. Would give it a 10/10 if they would cost the same as those bought in those durian stores. Ultimately, I wouldn't mind spending extra for the convenience. Good buy and would definitely purchase from them again. -po

The black gold was slightly bitter and sweet with small seeds. The best of all, however, was the old tree msw! Love at first bite! Sweet, slightly bitter, such a complex flavour! We will certainly order again!
