Love how pickupp is user friendly. Their live chat personnel are quick in replies & are super helpful. They also have some yummy treat which we can order! You can track all your order history easily with the app!

Downloaded app after seeing online post boasting about their Low rate for next day delivery. Downloaded app, key in send and receiver info, indeed, I see the Low fee. Feeling please with the rate, continue to sign up and paid a 10 dollar into the wallet, the option DISAPPEARED. Only left with 2H and 4H option that is more expensive than even what grab is offering. Proceed to talk to customer service and they claim that service is only for A) minimum 200 order per month B) 10 orders at each collection Seriously? Nvm, I will just ask for a refund of my 10 dollar. Customer service proceed to say I will need to top up to 20dollar for them to process a refund. And the refund will also cost a 10% service fee. So essentially I need to top up 10 dollar, to get back $18 out of $20. I sounded out my unhappiness and customer service say out of goodwill they can refund my 10 dollar, but still with 10% service fee, so $9 out of $10 returned. Honestly, amount is really small and I couldn't care less, however, such unethical business really upset me. Highly don't recommend people to use their service. Stick to grab and QExpress.

Love using pickupp! Very convenient with punctual deliveries, there are many home based businesses and different shops to buy from. There are also many promotions to get products at a very worth price! The food is always good, no regrets using this app:-)

My general experience at the beginning was quite good, maybe because I booked a day before but driver was on time and was even delivered in an hour. However, When I attempted to book on the same day (3 hours before pickup time) I waited for an hour a before deciding to cancel. So if anybody wants to try Pickupp for delivery, best to book in advance of one day

I decided to try Pickupp delivery for the first-time. Using within 4hrs delivery lead time service. It took roughly 1hr30mins to secure a driver for the pick up. Nevertheless, it was delivered within 4 hours. It would be great if the waiting time to secure a driver/rider will not take that long. There are other players out there but if you could shorten the time in securing a driver for the job, it will improve your ranking.

Hi, I think you need to communicate more clearly that the order will not be accepted by an agent possibly up to 1hour before the 4hour period. Because this makes customers like me anxious as for 2.5hrs it is shocking that no agent has been allocated to pick up the goods. This makes me think this is a scam and my parcel will not be delivered in time. So I had to cancel the order and pay more to another company called lalamove to do this delivery. And they allocated a agent to pick up my goods within 2minute of placing the order. This is what is effective and reliable and puts me at ease. So please improve your services and make things more clear. And you must have a contact number so we can call and physically talk to someone, if not this whole intercom conversation only idea looks like a scam especially when the order is not accepted by any agent for 2.5hrs! It looks like you took our money and went missing in action. This is very very poor service so please improve your interface and communication. And you must have at least 1 person we can physically call to.
