★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place. Beautiful arrangements. One of the best decorations in duty-free area. There are nature, there are places to relax or just seats in park. Separate place for kid's. A good number of shop's. Excellent experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In short: Alcohol, cigareets and perfumes are competitively priced. Remember, you can not bring cigarettes into Singapore(purchased wheresoever)! But, you can buy them when leaving.
Long story:
Comparatively competitive(as forex rates fluctuates) than Europe, Australia, Canada, India, Malaysia, Indonesia or the US. The staff are very professional and, compared to other duty-free shops in other airports, better.
I recently got some perfumes from the store and found the quality sub-par. Hence, the four-star. Lol, it rhymed!
