Very poor customer service and be sure you can never get a replacement helper from this agency. Once they provide you a helper they don't even answer your calls and even they do their behaviour is very rude.

We got a wonderful maid for my mom (98yrs old)and her life just turned around. She was ' tortured' by the previous maid. Now she said she wants to live longer!!We got a very nice maid for my daughter too from this agency.
