★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst training experience EVER!! We booked online - confirmed, received confirm email day before course. Attended location on confirmation email at 9am on day of course - WRONG ADRRESS!! Called office - Ohhh, sorry, address is 116 instead of 1, walk to correct address - DOOR LOCKED, Call again....Ohh sorry, course cancelled...No responsibility, no professionalism, many many other training companies out there, USE ONE - ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS. The Training Admin Manager tells us, even though courses booked and confirmed online, she did not confirm???? Seriously. So bad- DO NOT USE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the admin 2 weeks prior to the safety course date. Admin told me to filled up the registration form and submit thru ws. The day before the course, admin msg me saying the class would be postpone to the following week. Completely messed up my plans however no choice just suck thumb. 3 days later, admin msg me say the class would be canceled as not enough participants. Told me to find other training centre. If you know the class would not enough participants, you should have informed me way before you postpone the first class. Best part, when ask for the invoice, they took 3 days to send. There's no system and handled the case unprofessionally. How to do business when you ask someone to look for another training centre but you are actually the training centre. Time and effort wasted. Very very disappointed.
