I contacted Eric at DM through WA on the Aluminiun 2 Cores Radiator and Silicon Hoses for my Subaru Foester XT. Response was very quick. Eric forwarded his advert at carousell and also offered 2nd options- The KoyoRad. Prices were all posted in carousell and totally transparent. I made the appt with Eric to have the installation for the KoyoRad and rubber hoses done on Friday 6 May 2022 evening. On Arrival at the workshop, DM's mechanic attended to me promptly. Discussed what I wanted to do and he drove the car to the hydraulic bay and started work promptly. Assignment was completed within 1.5 hours. The mechanic then cleaned up and test drove the car around the premises. He later told me the radiator and hoses were completed. The wheel bearings at the front had worn out and making the noises when he test drive the car. He quoted the cost and explained that it will take about 2 hours to replace both front and Rear sets. I told him to go ahead and do it if he can complete the job before the shop closes at 10pm. The entire job was completed within the specified period. I had the opportunity to witness the whole process and work flow. I can see that the folks are using the proper tools and their knowledge of this car are remarkable. What amazed me is that DM kept most of the spare parts for our cars and is able to turn around the work in a timely fashion. The wait time and car idling at the shop were kept to a minimum. I am happy to report this positive experience at DM. I will be back for the DM's Castrol Ti 4x service package soon. Thanks Eric and his team for a job well done. Keep up the good work.

Service and price were good, fantastic waiting lounge. However extremely annoyed the next day to find the workshop's decal on my rear screen, thought it was inappropriate and unprofessional to do that without asking or informing the car owner.

Brought my newly bought car to Eric and the team at DM to check for wears and tears and also ask some questions about my car. Decided to do up some enhancements while I’m there. Eric was patient with my questions and shared a lot. The team was friendly and did a fine job with my car. Thanks guys!

Came across Eric's posting on Carousell for rear wheel bearing & front lower arm bushings for my Subaru XV. Made some enquires on WhatsApp & Eric was very responsive to answer my questions. Made appointment to go down. Location was far from my place so took some time to drive to the workshop. However, the place was easy to find & Eric gave further details about location of workshop. Air con waiting room with TV & Wifi (I did not use the wifi). You appreciate this if you ever go to a workshop without this. It can be very noisy if there is no air con waiting room & you just sit around chairs around the car while it is being serviced. Just across the large car park in front of the workshop is a food court where you can get food/drinks. Parts were shown to me in their boxes & the damage in existing parts in my car pointed out to me. Work started immediately while I waited in the waiting room. Took about 1.5-2 hours to replace. The service technician then took the car for a quick test drive to assess the condition after three parts were replaced. So far so good. Read some not-so-good reviews but my experience has been OK. I would definitely recommend the workshop but understand what you want & need & do check around before deciding. One suggestion for the team there is perhaps to provide cold bottled water to those waiting inside the waiting room - now with Covid - think most people don't want to drink from dispenser.

Eric & his team had displayed professionalism & advise customers accordingly to car issues. Decent price & job well done!! Would definitely recommend Subaru owners to Dynamics Mechanics.

Dynamic Mechanic with Dynamic Pricing? My car broke down less than a month ago, and we are “fortunate” enough to know this workshop and got our car repaired by them less than a month ago. Just yesterday, my car broke down again for the same issue. Called them this morning and was responded with all sort of aggressiveness. Understand that second hand spare part may not come with warranty, however, to break down again within a month time, is it reasonable? Apparently the professionals there said it’s normal, wow! ??? That’s not the end… Not only the aggressiveness is top notch, their pricing is also one of the world class. For the same item, same issue diagnosed by other workshop, the price difference is double! Guess that’s how they maintain their business! If I can give them negative star for the above, I will not hesitate. But too bad, google review only allows up to 1 star. I guess the 1 star review is to give them credit to follow up, just to see if another scam is possible! Just for your knowledge, another workshop fixed the car for the same price as your “follow up” job.. ?? Good job and thank you Dynamic Mechanic for the lesson! We will never visit you again for any cases and we wish you best of luck in maintaining the business!

Was looking for workshop at Carousell to repair my wing mirror this morning. Contacted Eric and he responded instantly. Was told to drive down to his workshop. To cut short the story, they were good, fast and friendly. I ended getting my rear wheel bearings changed too. Happy to pay them for the great job. Highly recommended. ???

This place was recommended by the person I bought by current car from. This place was really out of the way for me (I live in the city) but I was really surprised by the intimacy of their knowledge of my car, which was previously serviced and modified by them. Staff are friendly and service is fast and good. They have a pretty cool waiting area as well that you can wait for while they do the serving for you. If and when in doubt, ask for the boss Eric. Warm and friendly, and more importantly, would guide you and teach you about your car without hard selling you. Would recommend to any car owners especially Subaru Forrester owners!
